DM Magnetic PVC 600m

The storage modulus G’ and loss modulus G’’ of the inks also decreased with increasing angular frequency, indicating that the inks were shear-thinning fluids and possessed high mechanical properties.

The printed PVC gel actuators were tested for actuating performance by using a strain gauge and an electronic device to measure displacement of the artificial muscle. The results show that the actuating performances of the actuators are proportional to the corrugated span of the core layers, with the highest actuating performance at the largest span. The results also demonstrate that the strain of the actuator increases with the increase in voltage applied to the zinc foil electrodes.
