How to Use an Oil Suction Machine

When using a suction machine, it is important to follow the instructions carefully. Make sure that all exterior components are firmly attached and that the machine is properly connected to an external power source.

These units are ideal for a quick changing of oil on any vehicle. They drain the waste oil directly from the engine to a storage tank. This eliminates any operator contact with waste oil.

Wall mounted waste oil suction unit

Wall mounted waste oil suction unit can be installed alongside the service bay and provides the cleanest method of waste oil collection. It collects waste oil directly from the vehicle engine using a suction wand inserted into the engine oil dipstick tube. The waste oil is then pumped to a storage tank, eliminating operator contact with the waste and eliminating all oil spills, splashes, and leaking drain plug issues. The system is also easy to operate and requires minimal maintenance.

It is equipped with a bi-directional pump for suction and pumping of oil, kerosene, diesel fuel, antifreeze, or other liquids. It also has a built-in vacuum gauge for monitoring the unit performance. It is easy to install and can be used with a waste oil hose reel for extended reach. It can be used to clean all types of engines, transmissions, and differentials.

The device can be used for vacuuming the lubricating oil and transferring it to a portable waste oil tank. It can also be used to empty the oil drain pan and prevent contamination of the vehicle’s engine. It can also be used to remove the air locks from oil lines and clean rusty or blocked injectors.

The nozzle has an end (6) on the side of an oil pump (3) and a suction end (5), where the tube is insertable into an opening in the base of an oil sump (4) from outside the vehicle. The nozzle is attached to the oil sump by means of a collar (9). A gasket (10) lies in the gap between the nozzle and the oil sump. The nozzle is also connectable to a waste oil pump.

Single point waste oil suction unit

If you want to drain oil in a garage or workshop, it is essential to have the correct equipment. This includes waste oil suction units that can be used to drain and refill the system with new oil. These units have a single point connection that allows you to extract oil directly into the final waste containment, reducing the number of steps involved and eliminating any risk of safety hazards or spills.

This is an air operated pump, designed for suction application, that extracts the waste oil and pumps OIL SUCTION MACHINE it to a remote waste tank. It is ideal for use with a CPE507503 or CPE506503 Waste Oil Hose Reels for extended reach. It can also be paired with the optional collection reservoir for added capacity.

The tube has an end (6) on the side of the oil pump (3) and a suction end (5), where it is insertable into an opening in the base of the sump (4) of an oil pan (2) from outside. The oil sump is located vertically below the manifold, and a seal (11) is provided between the tube and the base of the oil pan. The tube can be installed straight or obliquely depending on the available installation space.

The oblique type of unit is more convenient and provides better access to the oil drain plug than the straight model, as it does not have to be removed from the engine. In addition, it can be installed alongside the service bay, making it easier to access the dip stick tubes on many vehicles. This makes the system more convenient and reduces operator contact with waste oil, which eliminates the possibility of leaking drain plugs. The unit is also easy to clean and can be fitted with a filter. A large vacuum gauge is included with the unit, which lets you monitor the performance of the pump. In addition, the unit is supplied with a set of suction canes for easy operation.

Air-operated oil suction drainer

Air operated oil drainer is a unit designed to drain waste motor oil by suction from engine, transmission and differentials of all vehicles. This unit also pumps the drained oil to a remote storage tank. The air powered pump can be connected to a waste oil hose reel for extended reach. The unit is ideal for use when a vehicle lift or service pit is not available.

The unit has an inlet opening (8) on one side of the unit and a suction end (5). The inlet opening (8) is inserted into an opening in the base of an oil sump (4). The suction end (5) is attached to an oil pump (3). The oil pump (3) is located above the base of the sump (4), and a seal (11) is provided between the pipe and the base of the sump.

The oil suction pipes 1 can be inserted either straight, as shown in the figure, or obliquely, i.e. inclined at a smaller or greater angle than the collar 9. The opening 12 of the oil sump 4 can be sealed off to the outside by means of a gasket.

After depressurization the oil suction drainer works independently without the necessity of continue connection of compressed air for an independent aspiration, using a suitable probe among the 10 included in the kit. It can suck till 2/3 of its capacity, the pre-chamber permit an immediately control of quantity and quality of aspirated oil.

This Meclube pantograph oil drainer is a compact and easy to use unit that makes quick engine oil changes possible without requiring dismantling of the oil pan on the vehicle. It can be mounted on the floor under the vehicle, or elevated OIL SUCTION MACHINE when used with a hoist. The unit comes with a level indicator and a 14L recovery basin on pantograph arms with breakwater gate. It also includes 10 standard probes. Its small footprint and simple operation make it a great choice for use in workshops where space is limited.

Oil filter cleaning unit

The oil filter cleaning unit is used to clean the filters for engine and powertrain lubrication. It can also be used for a wide range of other machine lubrication applications. It is easy to use and requires no electrical or chemical requirements. The unit is a convenient way to ensure that your fuel is free from water and contaminants. This will prevent costly repairs and down time. It is important to note that it is a good idea to read the Operation and Maintenance Manual before using the machine for lubrication and maintenance.

This unit contains a coalescer that removes the water from the fuel and separates it into a container. This allows the fuel to be drained as needed. The bulk filter units can be custom engineered for specific fueling sites. They are more economical, less labor intensive and reliable than on board filtration on machines. They can also be used as a backup filtration system in case the onboard filter is damaged. The units are available in different sizes and capacities, depending on the volume of fueling. In addition, the bulk filters have a lateral suction opening 13 through which stockpiled oil in the oil sump 4 can be sucked.
